Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship across Pakistan via TCS and Leopards Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and arrive in 2–4 working days. Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000.

Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We arrange a free pickup. Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged in transit

If your bottle arrives damaged, photograph it on the spot and email alzahrperfume@gmail.com within 24 hours. We'll replace it at our cost.
